Let’s stop with the bad news! Fridays deserve better than doom and gloom, so Bruce Springsteen just made my—and everyone’s—day: In “Tracks II: The Lost Albums,” he’ll release seven shelved LPs (83 songs!) on June 27.
Think never-heard pre- “Born in the U.S.A.” magic, a hip-hop-ish early-’90s experiment, and more border-bending tunes from 1983 to 2018—a trove “The Boss” once deemed too personal, too unfinished, or just too out-there. Now, it’s all yours for the summer spin. Go ahead, let your heart race down Thunder Road again!
